Job description

Job Details ChristianaCare is currently seeking seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Specialist APC to join our team. This role can be filled by a candidate with experience in Geriatrics/FNP, Psychiatry, or Neurology with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients with memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, treating, and managing cognitive impairments and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Candidates with specialty/fellowship training are encouraged to apply. This position will support the Smyrna and Rehoboth, DE locations. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift, no weekends, holidays, or on-call required

Key Responsibilities

#LI- CS1 Annual Compensation Range $112,554.00 - $139,477.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
