Apploi is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Ohio. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary group to deliver dementia-focused programming, aiming to enhance emotional and cognitive wellbeing for residents.

The role offers a full-time daytime shift with opportunities for education, career growth, and benefits. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and licensure requirements apply.

Formación

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) preferred or equivalent
• Minimum of two years in long-term care or memory care programming
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for residents
• Plan, organize, implement, and oversee dementia programming
• Support residents’ emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being through structured programs
