Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to coordinate interdisciplinary dementia programming in a skilled nursing facility. You will design, implement, and oversee individualized activities to support residents’ cognitive wellness and overall well-being.

Applicants should have a COTA background with 2+ years in long-term or memory care programming; Dementia Practitioner credentials are preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Formación

• COTA preferred or equivalent certification.
• Dementia Practitioner preferred or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care or memory care programming as a COTA or other related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide dementia-focused programming and activities aligned with best practices to enhance residents’ cognitive, emotional, physical, and social well-being.
