Community First Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Therapy Department in Ohio. You’ll provide quality OT treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping residents achieve therapy goals and improve daily living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited OT program (Master’s degree preferred).
• Current Ohio License in Occupational Therapy; CPR certification.
• At least two years’ experience, preferably in long-term health care.
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, and high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with residents, families, staff and professionals.
• Knowledge of OT best practices, infection control standards, OSHA requirements, and resident safety protocols.
• Experience with rehabilitation planning, home assessments, and quality assurance programs.
