Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to coordinate dementia programming in a skilled nursing facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and supervise structured cognitive wellness activities that support residents’ emotional, cognitive, physical and social well‑being.

• COTA preferred; may consider Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Dementia Practitioner preferred or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in long-term care or memory care programming as a COTA or other discipline as noted above.
