Job summary

Premier Therapy in Pataskala, OH seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. The COTA provides skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and collaborates with the care team in a SNF/long-term care setting.

You will follow established plans of care, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and maintain timely documentation. Licensure or eligibility in Ohio is required. SNF experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
