Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in long-term care or memory care programming as a COTA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide dementia programming.
• Plan, organize, implement, and oversee specialized dementia programming.
• Support residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being through individualized programming.
