Watercrest Senior Living in Moseley, VA is seeking a MC Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a full-time role in Memory Care. You will distribute medications, document MARs, monitor residents, and work under the Wellness Director to ensure safety and accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma, state Medication Assistant certification, and preferred experience as a Resident Care Specialist. Excellent communication and compassion for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• License/certification for Medication Assistance as required by state regulations.
• Experience as Resident Care Specialist or Medication Assistant preferred.

Responsabilités

• Distribute prescribed medication and maintain MARs under supervision.
• Observe ingestion and assist in medication administration per procedures.
• Take vital signs and report adverse reactions to designated personnel.
• Document reasons meds are not administered or disposed of in MAR.
• Review daily reports and maintain accountability of medications.
• Ensure patient rights and infection control practices are followed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and proper gear storage.
