Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Part-Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join the Resident Care team. This role supports memory care residents with medication management, under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma, state-medication assistance license, CPR/First Aid, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach to senior care. On-demand pay and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as required per state regulations.
• CPR certification / First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medication and maintain related records under supervision.
• Observe ingestion and assist administration of medications.
• Monitor resident responses and report adverse effects.
• Complete incident and accident reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
