Charter Senior Living in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a licensed Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our care team as a Medication Technician / Med Tech. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with nursing to support residents’ dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation.
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures.
