Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg is hiring a compassionate Medication Aide / Med Tech (RMA) to support memory care residents on the 2nd shift. You will aid with medications under supervision of the Resident Care Director and help with daily living activities to maintain a positive environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum one year experience with senior adults preferred.
• May be a CNA or NA; must be in good standing with state agency.
• Must have current Medication Training certification.
• Background check required; within drug-free workplace policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care services including assistance with self-administration of medication.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead activities as needed.
• Uphold customer service standards with resident satisfaction as a priority.
• Adhere to the full job description; perform other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Age 18+

1 year senior care exp

Educación

CNA/NA certification (state varies)

Medication Training certification

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
