Day and evening shifts available; full-time schedule; responsibilities include documentation in EMR, observing residents, and communicating with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Pass medications according to physician orders, delegated by and under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Administer accurately and timely and maintain medication records.
• Record medications in the resident’s EMR and monitor for side effects.
• Follow facility policies, care plans, and report changes to healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medical appointments and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Observe residents for changes in health and monitor vital signs.
• Document changes and updates in residents’ status in the EMR.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality, and cooperate with staff and families.
