Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care- Medication Aide to support residents in a Part-Time, WA-based role. You will assist with routine and non-injectable medications, perform ADL tasks, and document care activities in residents’ records with accuracy.

The position requires a current CNA/HCA license, a state medication pass, First Aid/CPR, and basic computer skills to use Outlook, Excel and Word. You will collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safe, dignified care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• English literacy and comprehension required.
• Medication pass certification per state requirements.
• First Aid and CPR Card current.
• Food Handlers card current.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications per physician orders and nursing practice.
• Record medications and treatments in resident records accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
• Provide direct resident care, including ADL support as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly medication room and supplies.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
