Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living is hiring a Medication Aide for their location in Silverdale, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and assisting residents with their medication management. You will need to maintain accurate records and ensure that all medications are administered in compliance with physician orders.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, possess a valid CNA/HCA license, and have strong communication skills. Additionally, experience with resident care is vital to create a supportive and effective environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with self-administration according to orders.
• Maintain accurate records of medications administered.
• Report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
