Job summary

Gorham House is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide for Memory Care on the day shift. You will administer prescribed medications, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and perform basic nursing tasks under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a current Medication Technician certification (state regulations may vary), and strong communication skills for a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Level of Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to perform duties with basic training or experience.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per MAR/TAR and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide personal care and general nursing tasks as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and document in the daily log.
• Manage medication storage, inventory, and restocking weekly.
• Maintain narcotics counts with supervision and report discrepancies.
