Job summary

MorningStar at Holly Park in Centennial, CO is seeking a Med Tech (QMAP) for part-time/PRN shifts. The role administers medications under supervision, follows five rights, and maintains accurate documentation.

Candidates should hold CO QMAP certification and a high school diploma, with preference for experience in memory care and senior living. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, non-exempt, with Friday 2pm–10:30pm shifts and on-call PRN coverage.

Qualifications

• QMAP certification and CO state requirements for medication administration.
• Ability to administer, document and monitor prescribed medications.
• Must read, write and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per physician orders; follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Order meds as prescribed and coordinate with Wellness Director to ensure availability; notify if out.
• Record vitals prior to medication administration and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity and comfort; assist with daily care tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with licensed nurses and care teams on care plans and resident well‑being.
