Merrill Gardens at Rancho Cucamonga is hiring Memory Care Medication Technicians to support residents in our Garden House community. Administer, assist with, and document medications according to physician orders and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of caregiver experience or an active CNA license.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• California regulations and company requirements for medication training.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in memory care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, assist with, and document medications per physician orders.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions or changes in condition and report concerns.
• Maintain accurate medication records and shift reports.
• Manage medication refills and secure medication carts and narcotics per policy.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide guidance to Garden House staff in the absence of the lead.
