Reporting to the Clinical Services Director and RN, you will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, participate in performance improvements, and support families

Qualificações

• Current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a management/supervisory position.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Direct supervision of CNAs; train, plan, direct, and evaluate work.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose program and engage with residents.
