Anthem Memory Care in Urbana, IL is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee resident care in our memory care community. The role provides supervision to CNAs, ensures compliance with nursing standards, and partners with the Clinical Services Director to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements include an active RN license, 3+ years in senior living and 3+ years in management, plus First Aid/CPR and a clear background check.

Qualificações

• A current and valid nursing license.
• 3+ years in a senior living community.
• 3+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• LifeScan background clearance as required by law.
• Health evaluation to verify ability and absence of communicable disease.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Supervise CNAs and manage daily team operations.
• Apply engagement strategies in daily interactions with residents.
• Maintain resident rights and dignity.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Document nursing assessments on admission.
• Address resident, family, or physician concerns with appropriate escalation.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
