Job summary

Vi in Glenview, IL seeks an Assisted Living Manager (RN) to oversee care in Assisted Living and Memory Support. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliant clinical practices, and coordinate daily operations to meet resident needs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a luxury, rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses is required.
• Minimum 3 years of geriatric care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure and Assisted Living Manager status in the practicing state; CPR/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Caregivers, RNs, LPNs and Med Techs in AL/MS; hire, train, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Manage clinical and technical aspects of care per policies and state mandates.
• Document nursing care and complete resident admission/continued stay forms.
• Develop service plans based on resident needs and requests for activities of daily living.
• Coordinate weekly nursing schedules and arrange coverage for call-offs; assist weekends/evenings/nights as needed.
• Contribute to quality assessment and performance improvement efforts.
