Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee care in our memory care community. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure person-centered support per each resident’s care plan.

You will report to the Clinical Services Director and an RN, participate in safety and infection control programs, and contribute to department performance improvements. A current RN license and at least three years in senior living with supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and ability to practice nursing.
• Minimum three years in a senior living community.
• Minimum three years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs on assigned team and directs work per policies.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents nursing history and assessments at admission.
• Handles complaints and issues with residents and families.
• Participates in safety, infection control, and performance improvement.
