Americare Senior Living's Centennial Pointe Memory Care in Springfield, IL seeks an experienced LPN to lead the clinical team and deliver resident-centered care.

You’ll oversee nursing services, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and care staff while fostering a compassionate, home-like environment.

Formación

• Current state license as an LPN.
• Experience leading nursing teams in senior living or long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with staff and families.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services.
• Implement and maintain nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and care team).
• Collaborate with administrators to ensure staff orientation and training.
• Conduct regular resident assessments and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations.
• Manage medication systems and regulatory guidelines.
• Quality assurance: maintain standards and safety.
