River Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, specialized care on our all-female memory care unit Affinity for Her. You will work with a dedicated team, provide bedside care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and ensure accurate charting.

Formación

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside care to residents including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record residents' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate).
• Collect residents' health information.
• Relay information between residents, RNs, and physicians.
• Give oral medications and injections to residents.
• Test a resident's blood sugar levels.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene.
• Monitor for changes in residents.
• Document and maintain residents' medical records.
• Ask questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.
• Act as a role model for ancillary personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' medical records.
• Provide exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate compassionate and friendly demeanor.

LPN/RN Job Description:

• Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance

• Record the patients' vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

• Collect patient's health information

LPN/RN Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.

• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.
