Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Activity Director Certification or related certification preferred.
• Experience in senior living, memory care, or healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive life enrichment program tailored to residents' interests and needs.
• Plan and facilitate recreational, educational, and social activities.
• Collaborate with caregiving and clinical teams to individualize programming.
• Encourage resident participation and foster a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate community events, outings, and special programs.
• Maintain records of participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
