RM Management in Minnesota seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and implement activities in a Memory Care setting. You will coordinate programs, lead aides, and ensure activities provide physical, social, intellectual and spiritual engagement for clients.

Responsibilities include leading programs, creating new activities, coordinating with staff, and incorporating daily routines into programming. 20 hours/week with weekend hours, compensation $16.00–$18.00 hourly based on experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Lead engaging activities in group settings and 1:1.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programs independently or direct home health aide participation.
• Generate programs that staff and clients participate in.
• Set up and conduct programs meeting physical, cognitive and social needs.
• Receive client feedback and create action plans with leadership to improve programs.
• Integrate life routines (mealtime, grooming, bed making, laundry) into programming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
