Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment/Activities Director to plan and run the activities program for our 32-bed memory care + assisted living community.

The role requires experience with geriatric populations, leading the department, coordinating with RN and other staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Candidates should be compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while promoting tenants' independence and social engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Life Enrichment/Activities role required.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred.
• Experience leading activities programs in a senior living community or similar environment (Memory Care, Assisted Living, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an activities program reflecting tenants' interests.
• Leads activity groups including exercise classes.
• Coordinates activity programming with all departments.
• Supervises activities programming provided by all personnel.
• Develops and updates policies and procedures related to the activities program.
• Complies with regulatory requirements related to activities.
