Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in dementia care, activities, or senior living.
• Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor.
• Clear, compassionate communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Create Meaningful Days: get to know each resident, develop customized programming, lead activities, create personalized profiles, foster engagement and comfort, work with staff and volunteers.
• Family and Community Support: co-facilitate support groups, attend care conferences, plan family events, provide resources and updates to families.
• Administrative: manage memory care activity supplies, adhere to directives, document attendance, perform other duties as assigned.
