Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will design activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments every day.

The role requires at least 1 year of memory-impaired senior care, strong communication and organization, and the ability to tailor activities to cognitive abilities. Benefits include medical plans and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver Life Skills experiences tailored to resident interests.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs and Resident Profiles to tailor activities.
• Document participation to quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage staff and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
