Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical leadership in assisted living/memory support.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and orient new clinical staff.
• Schedule staffing to ensure adequate community support.
• Assist with resident assessments and update Service Plans.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with families.
• Routinely round the unit for compliance and resident care.
• Maintain a safe, attractive, and sanitary environment.
• Serve on the QAPI Committee as assigned.
• Audit electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy.
• Be part of Administrative Staff with on-call duties.
• Perform other duties and adhere to all policies.
