Job summary

Churchill Place Memory Care in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking an experienced RN to lead nursing care in our Memory Care community. You will assess resident needs, plan and implement care, and supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with the Clinical Services Director and RN. Previous senior living management experience preferred; must have active nursing license, CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum of three years in a senior living community.
• Minimum three years in a management/supervisory role.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Health evaluation and good driving record as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Directly supervise CNAs on assigned team and manage performance.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose program with functional engagement.
• Maintain resident rights and dignity.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments on admission.
• Address complaints and refer issues as needed.
• Respect advance directives and provide emotional support.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Attend in-service trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
