Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Homemaker for Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. This Full-Time role runs 8:00am–6:00pm, with a pay range of $17.75–$18.75 per hour.

You will help create a warm, home-like atmosphere, assist residents with daily activities, meal service, hydration, and meaningful engagement. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade level.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a warm, homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care spaces.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in dining to provide family-style dining experiences.
• Snack Specialist: guide residents to snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences within the Neighborhood.
