Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create an inviting, homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in dining room with family-style meals, set tables, and cleanup as a family.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
