Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time position in North Olmsted, OH. The role runs 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday and Sunday, with a pay range of $18 to $24.50 per hour.

You will help maintain a homelike, inviting environment, assist with mealtimes, offer snacks, and engage residents in meaningful activities. Requirements include minimum 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, professional appearance, and English communication at least at an 8th grade level.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English communication at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home – create a homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care apartments and common areas.
• Mealtime Maven – supervise family-style dining and guide residents to participate.
• Snack Specialist – ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector – engage residents with meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
