The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time role. The position offers a pay range of $18–$21 per hour and a Monday and Sunday shift from 10:00am to 4:30pm.

You will create a welcoming, homelike environment for residents, assist with mealtime, snacks, and engagement in the Neighborhood, while upholding safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English reading and writing proficiency at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, homelike, tidy environment in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in dining, guide residents through family-style meals, and clean up as a family.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents in meaningful experiences within the Neighborhood.
