Arrow Senior Living in Zionsville, IN seeks a Memory Care Homemaker to join our memory care neighborhood. The role is full-time, 10:00am–6:00pm, with a pay range of $16–$28.75 per hour.

The position focuses on maintaining a welcoming, homelike environment and assisting residents with meals, activities, and daily living. Requirements include being at least 18, having a high school diploma, good English, professional appearance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English reading, writing, and communication at least 8th grade.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, homelike, tidy environment in apartments and common areas.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in family-style dining and guide residents to participate as a family.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
