Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to create a warm, homelike environment for residents. This full-time role involves assisting residents during meals, maintaining safety, and supporting daily living in memory care.

The position offers a day shift, 10:00am–6:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a pay range of $16 to $28.75 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join our team and help keep residents engaged, comfortable, and cared for.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be a Keeper of the Home: create a homelike, inviting, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Be a Mealtime Maven: assist in family-style dining and table setup.
• Be a Snack Specialist: ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Be a Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
