Arrow Senior Living, located in Little Rock, AR, is hiring a Memory Care Homemaker for a full-time role. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am–6:00pm, at Summit, 16100 Chenal Valley Drive. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour with benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

The role focuses on creating a warm, homelike environment, guiding residents through meals, ensuring hydration, and providing engaging activities. Strong interpersonal and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• English reading/writing with 8th grade proficiency or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be physically active (standing/walking/bending/stooping).
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, tidy, homelike atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: participate in family-style dining and guide residents at meals.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents with meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
