Barrymore Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to create a warm, homelike environment for residents. This full-time role focuses on mealtime, activity, and daily care within the memory care neighborhood.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, and earn $16.50 to $21 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication at 8th grade level or higher.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.

Responsibilities

• Create a home-like, tidy atmosphere in memory care within apartments and common areas.
• Be present in dining to prepare and serve family-style meals and guide residents to participate.
• Ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Engage residents and provide meaningful activities within the Neighborhood.
