Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Wisconsin is hiring immediately for a Marketing Memory Care Sales Director to lead tours, follow-ups and close sales for our memory care community in Pewaukee. You will educate local professionals about the Heritage Senior Living brand, develop referral relationships, and organize events to attract prospective residents and families.

Strong sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for residents, families and partners.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a prospective resident database by scheduling and hosting tours, conducting follow-ups and successfully closing sales to move in.
• Set, manage and track goals including leads, appointments, deposits and sales; record activity in CRM.
• Organize monthly events targeting prospective residents and families or referral sources.
• Educate local professionals about Heritage Senior Living and build referrals.
• Develop strategies to increase referrals and brand awareness.
