This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales and marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, creating memorable first impressions, and—most importantly—turning opportunities into move-ins.
Reporting to the Executive Director and partnering closely with our corporate Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, the Community Relations Director plays a key role in driving occupancy and supporting the continued success of the community.
We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, persistent, and comfortable asking for the sale. The right person knows that successful senior living sales are built on trust, responsiveness, strong relationships, and consistent follow-through.
Preferred qualifications include:
This is a hands-on, community-facing position that requires flexibility based on the needs of prospective residents, families, referral partners, and the community. The Community Relations Director must be available to work two Saturdays per month, with flexibility in determining which Saturdays are worked. Some evenings, special events, and additional hours may occasionally be necessary. Travel within the local market and between Heritage Senior Living locations may also be required.
At Heritage Senior Living, our work is about more than filling apartments—it’s about helping individuals and families navigate an important life decision.
You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, become a trusted resource in your community, and directly contribute to the growth and success of Heritage Senior Living.
If you’re a results-driven relationship builder who loves connecting with people, creating opportunities, and closing the sale, we’d love to hear from you.
This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role requires regular communication with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and team members; use of computers and CRM systems; community tours; participation in outreach activities and events; and regular travel throughout the local market.
Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to travel as required are essential functions of the position.
Reasonable accommodations may be available to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the position.
