Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Minimum 8 years in management of long-term care/CCRC marketing and admissions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

What we're looking for in a Director of Sales & Marketing

To thrive as our Full-Time Director of Sales, you'll need a blend of experience, skills, and attributes that make you shine in the spotlight!

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred, along with a stellar track record of at least 5 years in sales-preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• With a minimum of 8 years in management of long-term care/CCRC marketing and admissions, you'll bring valuable insights to our dynamic team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you'll be rallying your team and connecting with residents and their families.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will help you streamline efforts like a pro!
