Koelsch Communities Northbrook Inn memory care is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage between $18 and $19, with shifts from 7AM–3PM or 12PM–7:30PM, every other weekend.

You’ll greet residents and guests, answer phones, and handle a variety of clerical tasks, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Full benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Greeting residents and guests; answering phones; managing office tasks.
• Provide callers with community address and directions.
• Receive, sort and forward mail; coordinate express mail services.
• Order, receive, stock and distribute office supplies.
• Support copying, faxing, filing and collating; other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; maintains publications
• Coordinates pick-up/delivery of express mail services
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing
• Other duties as assigned
