Job summary

Koelsch Communities’ Spring Creek Inn in Bozeman, MT is seeking a friendly receptionist for a part-time role. You’ll greet residents and guests, answer phones, and manage light clerical duties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with weekend and afternoon shifts, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance for eligible staff, a paid vacation plan, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Must be drug free and pass drug screening on hire and as required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check on hire and per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions, and related information.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; maintains and routes publications.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating.

Who You Are

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service. Receptionists are responsible for greeting residents and guests, answering phones, and managing various office functions. They also demonstrate exceptional customer service to current and future employees.

What You'll Do

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions to the community, and other related information
• Receives, sorts and forward’s incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
