Job summary

Koelsch Communities' Maple Glen Memory care in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a friendly part-time receptionist. 3 days per week, 3PM–8PM, with one weekend day or rotating weekends. Earn between $16 and $16.50 per hour, experience-dependent.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as address and directions.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail and publications.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assists with copying, faxing, filing and collating.
• Other duties as assigned.
