Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, direct callers to proper departments.
• Take accurate messages and ensure delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in training and orientation programs to maintain licensure and quality of care.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
• Maintain and follow center policies, safety, and infection control standards.
