Job summary

Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses on greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing front-desk support in the evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior receptionist experience, and a commitment to friendly, quality service in a healthcare setting. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification.
• Maintain and work within established policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
