Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• License in state within 6 months of start date (if applicable).
• 3 years' experience in memory care preferred; demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate health, functional and psychosocial status of Memory Care residents and participate in individualized service plans.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling Memory Care team members.
• Create and lead monthly Memory Care programming and utilize focus plans and materials.
• Coordinate with outside providers to obtain needed care and services for residents.
• Provide on-call support for staff questions and staffing coordination; complete incident/accident reports.
• Ensure safety systems are in place and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing efforts and community events.
