PACS is seeking a Memory Care Director to plan, direct, and implement memory care programming in a Berkeley facility. The role focuses on resident-centered care, staff leadership, and collaboration with health services and outside providers.

Responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, leading monthly programs, managing staffing, and ensuring safety and regulatory standards while supporting the facility's financial performance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed in state or willing to obtain license within 6 months.
• 3 years' memory care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills.

Mansioni

• Evaluate health, functional and psychosocial status of Memory Care residents and develop care plans.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling Memory Care staff.
• Create and lead monthly Memory Care programming using focus plans.
• Coordinate with outside providers to obtain needed services for residents.
• Provide on-call support and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support financial performance through effective labor and supplies management.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and providers.
