Atria Senior Living seeks a Life Guidance Director to lead the dementia care program within the Life Guidance neighborhood. You will supervise LG staff, schedule shifts, and ensure programs run around the clock, while maintaining high-quality resident care.

You’ll collaborate with the Support Center and other departments to deliver engaging activities, manage budgets, and support residents’ families and staff through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Behavioral Health, Therapeutic Recreation, Nursing, or related field required.
