The role emphasizes resident engagement, budgeting, and staffing, with driving responsibilities and use of company vehicles as needed. The position requires a degree in a related field and 2–4 years of dementia care experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Teams for

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience caring for people with dementia and developing and facilitating activity programs, preferably as a manager with a specialized dementia program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and energetic environment for residents with dementia and supervise Life Guidance staff.
• Lead and schedule daily Life Guidance programs and training, including new hire orientation and monthly meetings.
• Manage the Life Guidance budget and ensure resident needs are supported through community programming.
